N-Koi was founded in July 2024 by Neil, a dedicated koi hobbyist whose love for these “living jewels” became a lifeline during a challenging period of health. While undergoing dialysis three times a week and awaiting a life-changing kidney and pancreas transplant, Neil turned his passion into a purpose. What started as a small personal project quickly grew into one of the UK’s most trusted online destinations for high-quality Koi, goldfish, and premium nutrition.

When the industry shifted away from traditional marketplaces like eBay, Neil accelerated his vision—building a specialist platform where hobbyists could find the expertise, health standards, and quality they deserve.
