1) Health and Condition of Fish

All live fish sold are carefully selected and packed to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. However, factors such as shipping conditions and handling can affect fish health, please inform us immediately by telephone on Mobile 07596 101 873.

2) Fish Food and Supplies

48 Hour Shipping: Our fish food is shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, please ensure your mobile is registered on your account for updates, we pay for the postage.
Live Fish Shipping Cost: There is no cost to you for shipping, we offer free next day delivery on Live Fish using a licensed professional company. Please ensure your mobile is registered on your account for delivery updates.

3)Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation text with tracking details. This allows you to follow your order’s journey right up to your doorstep.

4) Delivery Restrictions
Delivery Area: Currently, we only deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. There are some parts of the country that we cannot deliver to, if your address is one of these we will have to cancel your order and issue a full refund, not sure then please contact us first before placing an order.
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to Ireland.
Weather Conditions: For the well-being of the fish, shipments may be delayed during extreme weather conditions, staff shortages or traffic. Please rest assured that our live fish are packed with love and care and should get to you as lively as they left us.

5) Receiving Your Fish
To ensure a smooth transition, please be available to receive your fish on the expected delivery date and sign for the delivery. Unattended deliveries of live fish may void any claims for DOD (dead on arrival).
Upon receiving your fish, we recommend following our care instructions for acclimation, a leaflet will be enclosed in the box with your fish.

6) Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of live fish, we do not accept returns.
We will however refund in full for our fish food if it is sent back un-opened.
