What types of fish do you sell?
We specialise in Koi Carp, Butterfly Koi, Sarasa Comets, Yellow Comets and Shubunkins. All of our live fish are imported by 1 supplier to ensure quality and good health.
Do you offer free delivery?
Unfortunately not, however we contribute towards the delivery of live fish using a licensed fish courier and we also contribute towards the delivery of our fish food.
How are the fish packaged for delivery?
All our fish are packed by 2 people, ensuring you get exactly what you ordered. Your paper copy will be in your box with 2 signatures. The fish are packed in 2 puncher proof fish bags that also has an outer red bag so that when it is placed into our branded boxes, no water gets absorbed into our boxes they also have ample oxygen to ensure they arrive safely.
Can I return live fish?
Due to our Biosecurity Policy, no live fish can be returned to our facility.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are excepted on our website, we also except telephone order where you can pay over the phone for live fish and fish food orders.
