We take great care to ensure your live Koi fish arrive healthy, happy, and safely. Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

Stay Available on Delivery Day:
Please keep your phone nearby on the day of delivery in case the driver needs directions or to confirm access. -
Delivery Start Times:
Deliveries can start as early as 7:00 AM, so please make sure someone is available to receive the fish. -
Time Slot Notification:
You will receive a 2-hour delivery window by text message on the day of delivery. -
