Delivery Terms – Live Fish (UK)

We take great care to ensure every fish arrives healthy, happy, and safe. Please read the following delivery terms before placing your order:

A Mobile Number Is Required

We must have a valid mobile number to send your delivery time slot by text.

Stay Available on Delivery Day

Keep your phone nearby in case the driver needs directions or access instructions.

Delivery Start Times

Deliveries can begin as early as 7:00 AM, so please ensure someone is available to receive the fish.

Time Slot Notification

You’ll receive a 2-hour delivery window via text on the day of arrival.

Delivery Days

Live fish are delivered on:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Important Delivery Information

• All fish are packed in oxygenated bags inside our branded insulated boxes for safe transport.

• Someone must be home to receive the delivery—fish cannot be left unattended.
