At N-KOI, we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of all our products, especially live fish. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Delivery for Live Fish Orders

  • Next-Day Delivery: All live fish orders are eligible for free next-day delivery across the UK. Orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day to ensure your fish arrive quickly and in optimal health.
  • Special Packaging: To protect the fish during transit, each order is carefully packed in temperature-controlled, insulated boxes with sufficient oxygen supply. This ensures they arrive safely at your door.

2. Fish Food and Supplies

  • Standard Shipping: Fish food and other supplies are shipped with a standard delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping. A flat rate of £5 applies to orders under £50.

3. Tracking and Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your order’s journey right up to your doorstep.

4. Delivery Restrictions

  • Delivery Area: Currently, we only deliver within the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot ship live fish internationally at this time.
  • Weather Conditions: For the well-being of the fish, shipments may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. If your order is affected, we will contact you immediately to reschedule delivery.

5. Receiving Your Fish

  • To ensure a smooth transition, please be available to receive your fish on the expected delivery date. Unattended deliveries of live fish may void any claims for damages.
  • Upon receiving your fish, we recommend following our care instructions for acclimation and tank setup.

6. Issues with Your Order

  • If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@nkoi.co.uk or call 07596 101873. We’re here to help resolve any concerns promptly.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of live fish, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or if there are any issues, please reach out immediately for support.
